Mr. Goldberg has participated in press interviews and presented seminars on Elder Law at local businesses, banks, life insurance companies, brokerage firms, the Alzheimer's Family Caregiver Workshop, the Northeast Area Agency on Aging, Burlington College, Champlain College, UVM Medical School, the Vermont State Planning & Business Council, the New England Graduate Accounting Studies Conference, the Vermont Family Business Initiative, the New England Elder Law Symposium, and the Vermont Elder Law Summit. He has also spoken before the Vermont State Legislature on elder law issues and the Vermont Judiciary on probate law issues.

He is available to speak on all aspects of Elder Law, including, but not limited to wills, trusts, estates, long-term care planning, medicaid, probate, health and personal care planning, and special needs planning.
